SAS 500 filter is an aquarium surface filter designed to remove a layer of impurities from the water surface resulting from dust, protein film or small plant remains. It helps to maintain the aesthetic appearance of the aquarium, supports the process of filtration and aeration of water. Thanks to the adjustable performance, it is ideal for both large and small aquariums.

A common problem in aquarium tanks is bacterial scum formed on the surface of the water. It reduces gas exchange, hinders light penetration and spoils the appearance of the aquarium. There are a few recurring tips on how to deal with bacterial scum on online aquarium forums. Aquarists recommend, among other things, the installation of a sprinkler with a strong filter - or ad hoc - collecting impurities with a paper towel. However, they indicate the installation of a surface filter as the most effective and simplest solution.

The built-in sponge pre-filter prevents shrimps and small fish from accidentally getting into the engine compartment. If an aquarium resident ends up inside the device, it can be safely released by tilting the filter sleeve over the aquarium.
EASY TO INSTALL AND USE
SAS FILTER 500 is equipped with a maintenance-free float that automatically adjusts the filtration to changing water levels in the tank. So you don't have to adjust the filter every day. The only thing you need to take care of is installing the device in the aquarium. It is extremely simple thanks to the suction cup holder, which ensures quick installation of the device and efficient removal from the aquarium. The simple design guarantees easy cleaning and maintenance.

LOCAL DELIVERY
1. Delivery within Singapore will be charged at a flat rate of SGD10 per order for standard delivery and SGD10 - 25 per order for express delivery, regardless of the number of items.
2. Local orders above SGD100 will be entitled to FREE standard delivery.
3. Your order will be delivered by courier for livestocks or by registered parcel for plants and accessories.
4. You will receive a notification via email or sms when the order has been dispatched.
5. We are unable to ship orders to restricted locations in Singapore including: Changi Air Freight Center, Changi Airport, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA Terminal Wharves – Tanjong Pagar / Pasir Panjang / Sembawang and MINDEF COMCEN.
6. Your order will be ready for delivery within 3 to 7 working days (Wed or Saturday), orders for livestock will be packed on the same day for the dispatch.
7. In the event of Death on Arrival (DOA), please send clear photo or video of the unopened bag by email within 24 hours. Buyer can opt for a replacement of similar value and make payment for shipping again or request for a refund LESS the costs of delivery / shipping.

1. Orders from overseas will be dispatched directly from our holding facilities to the Exporter.
2. The shipping fee is calculated based on the number of fishes plus the cargo, quarantine costs from our holding facilities to the Exporter and all the way to the Transhipper (Importer).
3. The shipping fee DOES NOT cover the handling and postage fees from Transhipper to your address.
4. Buyers are required to PAY the transhipping fee directly to the Transhipper.
5. You will be notified of the shipment dates available via email.
6. It will take 2-3 days for the order to reach the Exporter, and another 1-2 days for it to arrive at your Transhipper.
7. The Transhipper will then ship the order to you upon receiving confirmation of your preferred shipping date and address.
8. In the event of Death on Arrival (DOA) with the exception of Betta Macrostomas, please send clear photo or video of the unopened bag by email within 24 hours. Buyer can opt for a replacement of similar value and make payment for shipping again or request for a refund LESS the costs of delivery / shipping.
