Description
The TURBO filters are truly unique in that they combine the advantages of internal filters with the versatility of external filters.
The additional container is factory-equipped with biological filtration media.
Containers can be freely combined to create the required filter configuration (e.g. by adding media for chemical filtration). It is the only such filter in the market!
AQUAEL TURBO FILTER is designed for the cleaning and aeration of aquarium water.
This quiet and energy-efficient filter provides double (mechanical and biological) filtration out of the box.
It is compatible with any biological or chemical filter cartridges offered by AQUAEL, such as BioCeraMAX Pro 600, BioCeraMAX Pro 1200, BioCeraMAX Pro 1600, ZeoMAX PLUS, CarboMAX PLUS, NitroMAX PRO, PhosMAX BASIC, and PhosMAX PRO. The sealed rotor chamber ensures high efficiency at a relatively low level of power consumption.
All the AQUAEL TURBO FILTER models are equipped with special shock-absorbing suction cups to dampen vibrations that may be carried to the glass and to muffle the operation of the device.
The larger models, TURBO FILTER 1000, 1500, and 2000, are equipped with a ceramic rotor axis for even quieter operation and enhanced durability.
Thanks to the special design of AQUAEL TURBO internal filters, they are easily expandable. The filter media containers can be filled with any filter medium, as required.
The starter kit includes: a container for loose filter media with a capacity of 250 ml in the TURBO FILTER 500 model and 625 ml in the TURBO FILTER 1000, 1500, and 2000 models, one BioCeraMAX Pro 600 cartridge for biological filtration, one sponge of carefully selected density to ensure high filtering parameters for as long as possible TURBO filters are available in three installation configurations: sponge only, container only, container plus a sponge.
Additional containers for filter media can be bought separately. You can easily join them in columns thanks to a specially designed connection system. In this way, the filter can be transformed into a customised device with unique filtration parameters, carefully tailored to individual needs.
Shipping & delivery
LOCAL DELIVERY
1. Delivery within Singapore will be charged at a flat rate of SGD10 per order for standard delivery and SGD10 - 25 per order for express delivery, regardless of the number of items.
2. Local orders above SGD100 will be entitled to FREE standard delivery.
3. Your order will be delivered by courier for livestocks or by registered parcel for plants and accessories.
4. You will receive a notification via email or sms when the order has been dispatched.
5. We are unable to ship orders to restricted locations in Singapore including: Changi Air Freight Center, Changi Airport, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA Terminal Wharves – Tanjong Pagar / Pasir Panjang / Sembawang and MINDEF COMCEN.
6. Your order will be ready for delivery within 3 to 7 working days (Wed or Saturday), orders for livestock will be packed on the same day for the dispatch.
7. In the event of Death on Arrival (DOA), please send clear photo or video of the unopened bag by email within 24 hours. Buyer can opt for a replacement of similar value and make payment for shipping again or request for a refund LESS the costs of delivery / shipping.

1. Orders from overseas will be dispatched directly from our holding facilities to the Exporter.
2. The shipping fee is calculated based on the number of fishes plus the cargo, quarantine costs from our holding facilities to the Exporter and all the way to the Transhipper (Importer).
3. The shipping fee DOES NOT cover the handling and postage fees from Transhipper to your address.
4. Buyers are required to PAY the transhipping fee directly to the Transhipper.
5. You will be notified of the shipment dates available via email.
6. It will take 2-3 days for the order to reach the Exporter, and another 1-2 days for it to arrive at your Transhipper.
7. The Transhipper will then ship the order to you upon receiving confirmation of your preferred shipping date and address.
8. In the event of Death on Arrival (DOA) with the exception of Betta Macrostomas, please send clear photo or video of the unopened bag by email within 24 hours. Buyer can opt for a replacement of similar value and make payment for shipping again or request for a refund LESS the costs of delivery / shipping.

Death on arrival (DOA)
In the event of death on arrival, please send a clear photo or video of the unopened bag by email to hello@ivenbetta.com within 24 hours. You can opt for a replacement of similar value (with shipping paid again) or a refund less the delivery / shipping costs.
